Anna Marshall

With almost two decades experience in the legal profession, Anna is a compassionate and practical family lawyer who is dedicated to helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Driven by a genuine desire to support individuals and families, Anna brings a balanced and empathetic approach to resolving family law disputes with dignity and care.

Throughout her career Anna has worked across a diverse range of legal settings- from a junior solicitor in a busy suburban practice to a Senior Associate in one of Melbourne’s leading family law firms, and later at Victoria Legal Aid, where she deepened her commitment to accessible justice. Most recently Anna has worked in the project and policy space overseeing Commonwealth-funded programs focused on delivering critical family law services to the Victorian community.

Whether assisting with parenting arrangements or complex property settlements Anna is known for her calm, client-focused approach and commitment to practical outcomes that support long-term wellbeing and stability.

 Outside of work Anna enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and escaping ‘off grid’ and into nature on camping adventures with her husband and two teenage daughters.
